Today, our annual manufacturing capacity exceeds 4000 MT of SAW Flux, supported by a complete end to end setup and strong process controls. Along with fluxes, we also manufacture SAW Welding Wires, offering customers a complete and compatible welding solution that delivers consistent performance.
Our manufacturing unit is strategically located at MIDC Hingna, Nagpur (Maharashtra)—a central logistics hub that enables us to supply efficiently across India and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
About UsQuality has always been at the heart of our operations. Every batch of flux and wire passes through rigorous in-house testing before dispatch. We use a 1200 Ampere SAW machine to evaluate weld performance under real working conditions. Each grade is thoroughly examined for mechanical properties, chemical composition, grain size, slag detachability, arc stability, and weld metal characteristics, ensuring it meets and exceeds customer expectations.

At the heart of AV Weldtech are our esteemed founders, Shri Anil Ghonge and Shri Vinay Nagpurey, whose combined expertise and leadership have been the driving force behind our success.
Founder Director
Shri Anil Ghonge brings over 45 years of extensive experience in the minerals and welding industry. A seasoned technocrat with expertise in steel making, mineral processing, welding, and quality control methods. Prior to establishing AV Weldtech, he contributed as QC Head at ESAB India Ltd and various industries related to steel and mineral processing. His profound understanding of raw materials and welding metallurgy has been central to the development of our high-performance SAW Fluxes, related products, processes, and innovations, reflecting his technical vision and excellence.
Founder Director
Shri Vinay Nagpurey, a well-known entrepreneur in the region, brings strong business acumen and strategic insight to AV Weldtech. He began his entrepreneurial journey by trading in various chemicals, petroleum and related products. He currently oversees the company’s financial operations, regulatory compliances and government clearances ensuring the company operations runs smoothly. His leadership has been pivotal in establishing AV Weldtech’s stable foundation and long-term growth trajectory. Together, Shri Anil Ghonge and Shri Vinay Nagpurey form the backbone of AV Weldtech, combining technical expertise with business acumen to drive innovation and excellence. .
AV Weldtech is a family-owned and family-operated company, founded by Shri Anil Ghonge and Shri Vinay Nagpurey, and now proudly strengthened by the next generation. The legacy continues with their sons, Mr. Karan Ghonge and Mr. Yashowardhan Nagpurey, who have joined the business to carry forward the values and the vision.
General Manager
Son of Founder Director Shri Anil Ghonge, Karan Ghonge is a Mechanical Engineer from YCCE, Nagpur. He has extensive industry exposure, having worked with Forbes Marshall in the Sales Department, and has received specialized welding training at BHEL, Trichy, and the Indian Institute of Welding (IIW), Trichy. Associated with AV Weldtech since 2012, he has been a key pillar of the organization’s day-to-day plant operations. As General Manager, he leads production, planning, and manufacturing operations, ensuring operational efficiency, process discipline, and consistent product quality. .
Operations, Marketing & Quality Systems
Son of Founder Director Shri Vinay Nagpurey, Yashowardhan Nagpurey is a Mechanical Engineer from Nagpur University. He was a topper in Steam Engineering at Forbes Marshall, where he later worked as an Energy Auditor, gaining strong exposure to industrial efficiency and system optimization. He further pursued management studies at IIM Ahmedabad, strengthening his strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities. At AV Weldtech, he oversees operations, marketing, customer engagement, and quality systems, ensuring that technical excellence is consistently aligned with customer expectations and long-term trust. Together, the next generation blends legacy with modern thinking, ensuring AV Weldtech remains built by family, run by family, and trusted by industry.
